PACE is the original cross conditioning circuit training program. The PACE program was created in 1991. PACE remains the finest fitness program because of the way the program and the hydraulics resistance work together.
Why Hydraulics?
PACE uses the effective accommodating resistance of hydraulics. By this we mean, the accommodation provided by the PACE units is push pull in nature which exercises two different muscle groups. In addition, the resistance is positive in both directions reducing the chance of soreness and injury as compared to conventional weight equipment.
