I have always loathed exercise per se ; sports activities were enjoyable, but the idea of purposeless exercise was not my idea of fun. Since beginning Circles For Health I have become irritated when I miss a session. This is unbelievable to me? I enjoy the casual atmosphere, the people and the feeling of accomplishment after working out. The ultimate compliment to Circles For Health is that I refer my patients and friends to “Circles” both for rehabilitation and strengthening as well as part of a weight loss program. Incidentally I have lost 21 pounds since beginning Circles in combination with a modified low carb. diet.

Commitment I made a commitment and you fulfilled my desires. I have been coming to Circles For Health since February of 2004. I usually arrive before 8 a.m. and work out for 1/2 hour three times per week. I have lost a significant number of inches and 6 pounds. I have not changed my eating habits, but I do plan to do so in the near future. Simply by exercising, I’ve gone from a size 14 to a 12. My goal is to be an 8—10. The facilities are always clean and in good working order. The staff is cheerful—even at 6:30 a.m. I thoroughly enjoy the atmosphere—I find it relaxing and welcoming. Every investment involves a risk. This one is paying off for me—off the inches—off the pounds!!
