Weight Loss Nutritional Program

  Included individualized menu and 12 personal visits, cook book, reference manual and daily dairy.   Discount available to Circles For Health Members.

Yoga Classes

  Currently offering beginners classes.   Additional classes will be offered in near future as needed.  1st class is free.   Additional classes are $10.00 each or $30.00 for the monthly series

Frequent Exerciser Program

  Exercise an average of 3 times per week in each quarter and get 1 week free in the next membership cycle.
