Body-Fat Vs. Lean Mass

 

It is lean mass that plays the key role in any type of weight-management program.  Whether you’re interested in fat-loss or muscle-gain, lean mass requires certain conditions in order to make a change in body-composition.

 

It is imperative to understand that the lean mass of an individual is directly related to metabolism.

 

The Procedure

 

· Make a decision that you want to achieve a better body weight-management program.

· Take a copy of the “exchange list of foods” and highlight the foods that you like to eat.

· Make an appointment for an interview with Circles For Health to start the program.   Plan on at least one hour.

o Complete the survey to determine your starting point and your goals.

o Work with us to complete the first menu using foods that you have chosen from the exchange list.

o Learn how to use the “exchange list of foods” to develop additional menus.

§ It is important for you to be directly involved in this part of the program as you will be developing life time changes in your eating habits.

· Schedule follow up review meetings to fine tune your process.

 

The Cost

 

The cost for the program will be $195.00 for non members of Circles For Health and $150.00 for members.   You will receive:

· an initial consulting session and 7 follow up sessions over 90 days.  

· A reference manual

· A daily diary for 90 days for both exercise and menus with some reference material in side.

· A cook book.
